1 khane ka chamch Papeeta paste laga dein

ab aik chulhe per aik pain main 4 khane k
chamch oil dalein us main tamatar kate heu
beej samait dalne hain aur jab yeh galna shuru
hon aur paste sa ban jaye to aap ne jo hum ne
pyaz lehsan aur chicken ya mutton bhuna tha
us main tamatar paste dal dein aur achay se
mix kerien 5 min bhunein aur ab agar ap kuker
main paka rahe hain to 1 n half glass pani dlaiye
aur agar dhakan walay bartan main to 2 glass pani
<= yeh chicken k liye aur agar mutton paka rahe
hain to 2 glass kuker main pani dalein aur agar
dhakan walay bartan hai to phir 3 glass pani
dlaiye aur dhakan laga dein aur kuker hai to
steam laga djiye {umeed hai smajh a agayi ho
gi }khair ab aap ne kuker main Chicken bana
rahi hain to 8 min baad dhakan khol lein aur agar
mutton bana rhai hain to phir 10 to 12 min baad
check kerien chicken to jhat pat galta hai mutton
main zara time lagta hai khair gosht gal jaye to
ab pani jo azafi ho usay sukhne dein aur sath
sath bhunte rahein jab masla aur gosht bhun
jaye to ap ne ab chicken ko nikal lena hai alag
plate main k kahin dla pakte woh ghul na jaye
aur agar mutton hai to khair hai masla bhunne
ka theek se yahan pata chale kga k masala oil
chorne lagta hai Theek ab ap ne masalay main
dal dal ker 5 min bhunna hai aur phir aap ne pani
hasb e zarurat dal ker steam laganai hai agar pein
main paka rahe hain to dhakan laga dein pein main
ho to drmiyan main check ekrte rahe aur steam
{kuker} main paka rahe hain to 15 min baad steam
hata ker dekhein dal gal gayi ho to jitni thik dal
kerni hai utna ker lein ab garam masala hari
mirchein drmiyan se kat ker dal main dalen aur
gosht dal ker 5 min pakayein bad main zara dal
thik ho jaye to DOE {pakanay ka chamch} se zara
sa ghora sa laga lein k dal mil jaye ab hara dhaniya
dlaiye lijiye Dal gosht tyar hai
